The most recent Apprenticeship length of stay report I can remember seeing was tucked away amongst the 2008/09 ILR guidance, here:

You're not changing the original learning planned end date – you're setting a new one for a new instance of the learning aim.

Add to the ILR a new instance of each returning aim, with the new start and planned end date, A51a reduced to account for funding previously drawn down, and A16 programme entry [...]

The impact on data quality of external databases that are outside providers’ control and sometimes slow to update – in particular the Learning Aim Database, but also the Learner Record Service (already mentioned in the initial list) and the Employer Data Service.

Thanks Anita. What if we have an employer number for the original employer? Is it forbidden to update A44 in that case?
