We have recently had some learners who have been allocated a ULN but, for whatever reason, the data is different on our MIS compared to LRS database. This causes an exception saying the learner can't be found (i.e. the surname/forename/DoB/Postcode don't match).

When you try to search by demographics, again, it still doesn't find [...]

Just wanted to check, as I've not been in this situation before. I uploaded our R05 return last night and its been processed with errors. However, the errors don't relate to 16-18 Apprenticeship learners, which is the reason we're returning this return.

My query is: am I OK to leave the return with errors [...]

Hi Steve,

The Disadvantage Uplift will have an effect on your provider factor for the following year. Therefore any current learners with a disadvantage uplift won't have their funding affected for this year but it will help to form the provider factor the following year.
