I agree with Steve’s explanation. The LIS EXP database had the collection number within it (in the Headers table).
However, I now use the transmission number field in the XML Headers table, so it doesn’t pose much of a problem for me.

You can disregard the warning message that you are receiving. You receive this warning because the 'combined end date' on the key details screen on the LAD has 31/08/2010. This field means that for one funding stream the last date for new starts has been entered as 31/08/2010. [...]

I am using LIS Version 18.04.001 with a LAD date 23/06/2011. I have 60 occurrences (i.e. all learners on this aim) of Warning A09_A16_A27_LAD_1.

If the warning message has been removed, does this mean there is something wrong with my installation? I did remove 18.03 before I [...]
