The ILR timetable is published as Appendix A with the Specification (http://www.theia.org.uk/ilr/ilrdocuments/201112_ilrdetail.htm).

You may also wish to note that we have published downloadable calendars on http://www.theia.org.uk/ilr/returnscalendar/. This includes all the returns for the 2011/12 ILR.

I just spoke to one of my ILR spec colleagues and 96999999 codes cannot be used for 2011/12 as they were unassigned and have been removed.

Although it should not have been used in 2010/11 it was not validated and so it may have gone through without difficulty.

For your information, LIS V19.01 Beta V1.06 will be released by the Data Service on 05 August. This release provides enhancements to the amalgamation functionality, fixes to LIS reports and funding calculations and other defects (as listed on the Data Service website).
