<p>My understanding is that there is some legacy EMA next year, i.e. learners on a 3 year programme who got EMA in 09/10 and 10/11.</p>
<p>Looking at the XML spec, it looks like LSR value 25 (for EMA) is only valid to 31/07/11.</p>
<p>Am I reading this correctly?</p>

<p>I guess that I'll be able to do the same for RUI and PMC.</p>
