We are currently in the process of speaking to each SSC to find out what the situation is. The answers we have so far are:
Lantra – Issuing as normal, only difference is that before 13th April the cost was £40, after this date it is £25

The Funding Regulations document for YPLA states two principles, and I have been asked to confirm if these apply specificlly to Foundation Learning:
