The Dummy migration from 2009-10 to 2010-11 has rejected some EDRS Number, where the employer is no longer current.
Data Services says this is because the Dummy migration only used Current Employers, but it will use the full database for the actual migration.

I Spoke to The Data Service, who suggested that L28 should be coded 15 99 for these ER learners. Which I have done.

However, I wonder why in 2010-11, L28 is being replace by A69 and moved from Learner Information Section to each Aim and Sub Aim.

We have a similar problem for ER apprentices, so need some guidance.
If a learner who is 19 in October, starts a course in September, then, I understood, the whole course would be funded at 16-18 rate.

According to the Valadiation Rule A28_3 "Learning planned end date should not be more than 3 years before the last day of the current academic year.

If a Learner, as part of an ER apprenticeship, starts a 39 Month NVQ in August 2007, it will have a Target date of 31-10-2010 and thus [...]
