The new SFA 12/13 funding rules document explains changes in full/cofunding/unfunded eligibility for workplace learning in 12/13 (pages 83-84).
Paragraph 7 (page 10) states that eligibility is established at start and that this will not change for the duration of the learning aim.

Can anyone give me a quick answer on why the same qualification can have such different SLN value depending on whether or not it is delivered through LR or ER?

Does anyone know if a document exists that shows where QCF qualifications have replaced NQF qualifications? I have spreadsheets that show all the NQF quals being turned off, and then the regularly updated spreadsheet showing the new QCF quals

Is there any more news on the use of this? We have coded our learners using the YP regional codes in anticipation that the government will advise in this direction, but it would be useful if we had clarification before we input hundreds of starts.

The Skills Funding Agency guidance note 2 explains that there will be a 25% reduction in funding for large employers for 2010/11. Our interpretation of this is that we will receive the reduced rate for those learners whom are employed by such large employers. Is this interpretation correct?

This would require providers to have fairly robust systems in place to enable them to gather this kind of info throughout the year to allow them to complete the annual return. This would add to the data burden and would require resource and processes setting in place to gather this information.
