Has anyone received guidance on how the funding mechanism will work for paying ALR/classroom learning within the Adult Skills Budget fo training providers in 11/12.

Guidance has been published by the IA on transferring learners where providers have entered new contracting arrangements for 11/12 as a result of MCL (see link below)
Although this allows for the identification of these learners in 11/12, there is a fundamental flaw in this solution for P13 10/11 batch returns for the 11/12 contracting provider. [...]
