    Hi Alan

    We are currently in discussion with the YPLA about how they will be managing the new contracting and funding arrangements and what you will need to record in field A70 for 10/11 for 16-18 LR provision. We will update you once we know more via the IA news updates on our webpage.

    Rule A04_A14_A16_AD04_1 will be removed for data migration and 2010/11. It is incorrectly generating errors where the learner starts the programme aged 18 but has turned 19 before starting a subsidiary aim. In this circumstance L28 should be 99 99 and A69 for 2010/11 should be 99.

    Just to clarify the "official" position regarding LR ILR returns and forms. The Learner Responsive ILR return is still required from providers receiving LR funding for 16-18yr olds and adults.
