  You are correct in your assumption that a learner is coded 99 in L28 until they have enough GLH (336 GLH) that then allows you to draw down the entitlement funding, however…….

  Hi all,

  Another question…..

  We are currently offering a Diploma qualification in our Foundation Learning Programme, however we have now decided to also offer a Certificate in the same subject.

  Question, if a learner achieves the Certificate and then goes on to the Diploma…..what do we earn??

  The Certificate is 150 GLH = 0.33SLN the Diploma is 360 GLH [...]

  Is anyone else getting a bit twitchy about the imminent LR01 upload (deadline 6th December for upload to OLDC). As we still have some of our Foundation Learning Qualifications still not showing correct accreditation dates (expiry was 31st August 2010).

  Jackie,

  We will still need to use an ILR, however a Learner responsive ILR will not be made available (Go figure!!)

  We have used an 09/10 Learner responsive ILR and using the guidance we have amended to reflect the codes required for 2010/11.

  I am happy to forward a copy if this would help!
