You are correct in your assumption that a learner is coded 99 in L28 until they have enough GLH (336 GLH) that then allows you to draw down the entitlement funding, however…….
Which qualifications are you delivering?
We are delivering the NOCN Step Up Diploma at E3 and L1 and these have GLH of 361 and [...]

Hi all,
Another question…..
We are currently offering a Diploma qualification in our Foundation Learning Programme, however we have now decided to also offer a Certificate in the same subject.
Question, if a learner achieves the Certificate and then goes on to the Diploma…..what do we earn??
The Certificate is 150 GLH = 0.33SLN the Diploma is 360 GLH [...]
