Could someone please help me with the above.

I have now coded my 16-18 year olds with the following;
A10 = '21' A11= '107' and A70= 'YPSW'

But LIS18.02 does not like this as it is still recognising 107 as a Local Authority Code and wants A70 to start with 'LA*'

Can you please tell me the date that the data service (the online data collection portal) will switch to using LIS 18.02.

Can someone from the IA please advise about this issue as we have still had no official guidance on this yet? Is it ok to ignore the ILR spec for A69 and set these learners to A69=2 to get them the correct funding and get past the validation?

Just had another thought.
As the Employer Responsive payments have now moved from actuals to profiled payment system under the new single budget a monthly ER return isn't actually needed anymore at the moment as it is. Surely a quarterly return would suffice now as the ER payments happen monthly on profile.

Sounds about right. As long as there will never be any validation on the e-mail address and that it will not become mandatory I cannot see it being a problem as this is collected in most providers already (if the learner provides it).
