We used to send an End-Year Funding Claim Estimate, signed by the Principal, to the local LSC at the same time as the OLDC submission.

I can't find any guidance on this now that the LSC has gone. LSC Funding Guidance 4.3 saya that instructions will be given in the summer.

Have I missed something?

Has anybody who thought this up ever tried to enrol a student?

We have been asked to send quite detailed non-ananimised results data on all students (both under and over 19) to the Local Authority in a a processed form which they have defined.

Is the LA entitled to this?

If we send it, are we in breach of the Data Protection Act.

Has anyone else had experience of this [...]

The difficulty is convincing the college heirarchy and the LA of this.
