If I understand what you want correctly, this data is available in a table in the LIS export mdb file (ILR_A14_Non_Payment_Reasons).

I have checked and found that I too get this error. The DSAT usually flags up this condition, but it has never been a problem with the ILR before. I have not heard of any plans to change the ILR in respect of these 'duplicates', so it would seem to be worthwhile reporting this [...]
