Hi Has anyone else notices a change in funding for Business Admin and Customer Service. All of a suddent the SLN value has changed for these qualifications and is showing up as a lesser amount in Novembers claim.

We would claim 100% funding even if learner was only doing the portfolio. It is only if you were claiming relaxation on an apprenticeship programme where you would not be able to claim anything.

Hi has anyone been experiencing problems with the LIS giving qualification payments for carry over e2e learners. We are receiving a payment as if they are Foundation Learning learners but cannot see where we are receiving a bonus payment for quals/progression.

Hi I am a little worried about the comment about Providers interfacing to LARA. As a provider do I am not sure what we have to do – or will our software supplier (Tribal for Maytas) do what is needed.

From 1st April apprentices are required to have an apprenticeship agreement with their employers. Does anyone have an example I can look at as this seems to be a very legal document.

Does your monthly remittance match what is on the PFR or the LIS?

If anyone knows the answer from the DATA TEAM I would be eternally grateful as I am at a loss why they should be difference.

We work with a sub-contractor who delivers qualifications (Awards, Certificates and Diplomas) in motor vehicle. The programme is Foundation Learning (previously e2e) therefore some of our learners are unaware of what they want to do vocationally when they start. I am a little confused as to when I should complete L28. L28 triggers the entitlement (additional 114 glh) which gives us approx £1,000 per learner. I was under the impression that with all learners the leave date represented the last day in learning. Therefore even if unauthorised for two week the leave date would jump back to the last day of structured learning.
