You must have a special Web Alert because I am subscribe to everyone for everything! The only one I got this morning was "Change in collection for Higher Education Data" from the Data Service

I was told by the Data Service half an hour ago that it will not be release until mid September.

Do you think you could get a definative answer as there appears to be quite a bit of confussion!
