Probably not as they will try to say that you should have been prepared for this eventuality and uploaded early, hence all the emails and the "Get it in get it right" stuff.

A 'B' file is a deletion file which will remove the learner record from the SFA systems. See L08 in the ILR manual. The B file only requires a learner dataset, as removing the learner removes the aims.
