Can anyone point me in the right direction for the rules/guidance around Breaks in Learning. The ILR specification provides brief details but no specific guidance. So far I can only locat the ER rules and not the LR rules.

Please can you confirm if Access to HE provision is considered a special case in terms of extending end dates. Specifically I am thinking about a learner starting a 1 year FT course who through changing circumstances needs to go part time over 2 years. Transferring the [...] -

As I understand it, you should only record the GLH of the new course, and take the hit on funding. I know others disagree with this approach and will inflate the GLH on the new course and say they will argue the toss with auditors. Depends how brave you are!
