  I've got three learners with NI number which are falling into this trap (space at the end). I will stop trying to fix my (valid) data now I wish I had come here first )

  Hi folks,

  I've just had a shed load of my incident reports returned by the service desk marked as solved, together with a note advising that a new version of the LIS beta is available now (v 1.03). I've asked for the download location and password. I thought you might be interested.

  Thanks Jim, that's very helpful. I'll have a look at my learning aims and see if I can ID the one(s) involved and remove them from my test data – perhaps then I might be able to get a run through

  Hi,

  I have just had an error while running LIS when it was trying to insert a row into RuleViolations. Has anyone else encountered this or am I just being a noob?

  The error was a "datatype mismatch in criteria expression" error.

  Hi Guys,

  I manually edited my file to add the 'missing' sourcefiles tag set and I am now getting a new error

  17/06/2011 15:34:33 – BatchImportForm19.Start:-2147217904 Parameter @ucasPerId has no default value.

  The string 2147217904 does not appear in the input file.

  Do you think it would be worth letting the data service know? I'm worried it might [...]

  I'm getting the same error. My test input file is quite large so it takes a while to get to the point where the error comes up. Here are my log details… in case you're interested. It looks like the problem is in BatchImportForm19…

  Hi Jim, have you tried running your xml file through a validating parser (e.g. Altova XMLSpy) – if you have all the published xsd files in the same directory as your file then it will flag any validation errors.
