We are having a lot of trouble where the LIS is allocating 16-18 funding to students who are 21 and over who were over 19 when they started their aim. This does not even give out a warning never mind an error.

I have coded A70 as LA332 for 16-18 and SFWM for 19+. Am I coding them incorrectly. I also get a large sum of money on the LIS Funding report as unallocated with no learner attached. What is this to do with?
