Is there a reminder or indicator somewhere that highlights changes to the Area Up Lift Rates?

I took the list comprising of 717,426 records.
I split this by first part of postcode with identical rate, first part + one character with identical rate, first part + two characters with identical rate, and those remaining into 4 sub lists of
764
671
4,937
20,309 recordswhich can now be included in Excel.
