I took the list comprising of 717,426 records.

I split this by first part of postcode with identical rate, first part + one character with identical rate, first part + two characters with identical rate, and those remaining into 4 sub lists of

764
671
4,937
20,309 records

which can now be included in Excel.

We refer to that date as the upload date.

Can anyone please tell me what the upload dates are for 2010/11?
