We've managed to get the re-zipped version up on the website today – it is published as version 2.2 on the usual ILR Documents page (http://www.theia.org.uk/ilr/ilrdocuments/201112_ilrdetail.htm).

The Skills Funding Agency has asked the information authority to set a standard for timeliness of Employer Responsive Individualised Learner Record (ILR) returns.  It has requested the timeliness standard described in the document attached below, which is similar in its demands to the existing Learner Responsive return timeliness standard.
