<p>Validation rule A04_A14_A69_AD04_1 has been removed in LIS 18.02, which will be released soon.  </p>
<p>A69 should be set to 99 for learners who started on a programme aged 16 – 18 but turned 19 during the programme.</p>

<p>Good news - we are told that the Data Protection Statement is on its way.  We should be in a position to publish the statement tomorrow but I will let you know if there is any delay.</p>

<p>No news as yet I'm afraid.  The statement wording has been drafted but it's awaiting final approval.  Sorry, I know it's frustrating but as soon as we have the go ahead we'll publish Appendix F.</p>
