OK – so how will the Funding and Success Rate methodologies interpret the xml value? Will it still be excluded?

Can someone clarify whether the 'Transfer' status will remain valid in 11/12?

It's been struck through in the xml version of the specification document, but is still showing as valid in ye olde flat file version.
