How do I add a friend?

You’ll see an ‘Add Friend’ button in a user’s profile page, or in the listings in the Members area. To access a users profile, click on their name anywhere in the site. The user will receive a notification to choose to accept or reject the friend request. You can similarly cancel friendship with members

Can I send private messages to other users of Feconnect?

Private messages can be sent to other members who are your friend. They are listed under the Friends tab in your profile. Either click the ‘Send message’ button in your friend’s profile, or go to the Messages tab in your own account/profile.

What if I receive spam or abusive e-mail from someone on Feconnect?

Please report any incidents of inappropriate use of the site to cst@theia.org.uk. It will then be looked into.
