What are administrators?

Administrators manage the technical details required for running the site, and administer discussion groups.

As such, they create discussion groups, set user permissions such as promoting members to moderators, and manage the rules.

On Feconnect, the administrators also act as moderators. Administrators may also make forum-wide announcements.

What are moderators?

Moderators are members of the discussion group who are granted access to the posts and topics of all members for the purpose of moderating discussion and also keeping the forum clean (neutralising spam and spambots etc).
