The Data Service has published Version 1 of the LARA table and Fields definitions for 2011/12 and the LARA table relationships for 2011/12. See http://www.thedataservice.org.uk/News/enhancements_dc_systems/
These documents are intended for use by software suppliers and providers that write their own software.
The LARA table and Fields definitions for 2011/12 document gives notification of the full set of tables and fields that will be available in LARA download data for 2011/12. The download will be available in the same formats as at present. The LARA table relationships for 2011/12 document illustrates the relationship between the main tables used within the system for a Learning Aim and Framework. It is NOT intended to be a complete representation of the relationships between all the tables included within the downloads available.
Please note: If testing of the new LARA system determines an issue with the structure, these documents may be re-issued.
