  • Unanswered queries (3 posts)

I have several posts which have been answered by other forum members but without a satisfactory result. Often I get an instant response from a well meaning forum member who simply asks further questions rather than provides an answer- the post then appears as "answered" and I suspect it therefore does not attract the attention of forum members and LSC/Data Service members who may otherwise give a definitve answer.

So I'm wondering if there is any way I can mark a thread as still requiring attention? Perhaps this feature could be added?

Thanks for your feedback on this. We will look into possible options for this issue and let you know of any possible solutions in due course.

In the meantime, if you still have any queries that are unresolved, please point this out on the relevant thread(s) and we'll see if we can provide you with an answer.

    Hope this helps Smile

Looking at other forums, this is actually the simplest way to do it as it "keeps alive" the thread and puts it at the top again.
