    Does anyone know whether these qualifications are Co or Fully funded please?

    As far as I am aware ESOL is now co-funded (unless learner is eligible for fee remission for the standard income based reasons) and Literacy and Numeracy are still automatically Fully Funded as Skills for life using code 09 in field A14. If you look at the ILR spec for A14 you will see that Code 09 excludes ESOL.
