According to the Valadiation Rule A28_3 "Learning planned end date should not be more than 3 years before the last day of the current academic year.
If a Learner, as part of an ER apprenticeship, starts a 39 Month NVQ in August 2007, it will have a Target date of 31-10-2010 and thus all the components of the Framework will be carried into 2010-11.
This will include the Key Skills elements of the course, which started in September 2007 and has a target date of 31-July-2008.
On LIS, the Key skill falls foul of Rule A28-3, as 31-July-2008, is inside the 3 years.
Will this rule cause a warning, or will the Key Skill not be imported from 2009-10 to 2010-11 ?
