    Hullo there

is it just me or are the 10/11 changes difficult to separate from the 09/10 changes, why has the topic's title been changed rather than setting up a new topic?

shocking form to talk about the board on the board i know, but wondering if others have found a better way to view what we're being asked to comment on…

Not just you Steve, i've been confused by a couple of threads now…particularly one that was titled 09/10 but was discussing 10/11 changes that had me in a panic thinking i'd missed something vital!

Isn't the problem that the messages are about 2011-12 proposed changes, but posted on the 2010-11 Change Discussion Forum ?

ha, very good point peter! but the url for this post still has "individualised-learner-record-200910-ilr-change-discussion" in the middle of it!

    maybe I'll email anna, see what's afoot…

    Ahh

And the 2009-10 has URL :

    http://forums.theia.org.uk/groups/individualised-learner-record-201011-ilr-change-discussion/forum/

    ooooooooohkaaaaaaay o_0

have emailled anna, wonder if the url confusion is due to changing the software about 18 months ago? poor old wordpress, it doesn't seem to be cut out for messageboarding (despite it being number one for blogging)…

    Hi all

Sorry for the delay in reply – just got back from a sunny week at Glastonbury!

Right, the confussion here is that the URL for the 2010/11 forum was mistakenly created by our tech people with "200910" in the link instead of "201011" (and vice versa for the 2009/10 forum) – I noticed this soon after it was done, but unfortunately it can't be changed unless we migrate all of the topics within it. So I'm afraid it's something we are just going to have to put up with – sorry!

As for discussions around changes to the 2011/12 ILR – I will shortly (by this, I mean in the next day or two) be creating a new forum for this as it's nearly consultation time.

I hope this helps clear things up a bit…

    Anna
