  Hi,

  I'm sure that I made a post towards the end of Decemeber asking when Appendix F was going to  be published; the reply I remember was that it would be published early in the new year.  However, it is still not there.   We are preparing our 2011/12 Prospectus and I need to update our Data Protection Statement to be in line with Appendix F.   When will Appendix F be published?

  We are still awaiting the Data Protection statements but will get an update on progress and let you know when Appendix F is likely to be published.

  My marketing manager is giving me grief about this, we have a long lead time for our publicity so at least a date for the release would be very very helpful…

  Just to let you know that progress is being made on this and I will let you know the release date for Appendix F as soon as the DP statement is finalised.

  Can i not just find and replace "LSC" with "YPLA/Skills Funding Agency"?

  No news as yet I'm afraid.  The statement wording has been drafted but it's awaiting final approval.  Sorry, I know it's frustrating but as soon as we have the go ahead we'll publish Appendix F.

  Good news - we are told that the Data Protection Statement is on its way.  We should be in a position to publish the statement tomorrow but I will let you know if there is any delay.
