Change request enthusiasts,
As of 27 August, we received 23 responses to this consultation (http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/201112-change-request-23). So far it is neck and neck on whether to adopt the approach outlined in the proposal document or whether to opt for the three categories. 26 percent of respondents opted for the 'leave A14 as is 'approach.
When asked whether the proposed approach would reduce their data burden, 57 percent anticipated a reduction in their data burden while 26 percent do not expect any change to their data burden levels.
The comments are equally varied with some respondents concerned about the impact on data monitoring and quality and audit. On the positive side though, one respondent sums up as follows:
‘Although there would be a minor reduction in data burden, the significant savings are in making the system simpler and easier to understand. This translates to less errors and higher data integrity’
Do you agree? Let us know via the consultation (http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/201112-change-request-23), on this forum or cst@theia.org.uk. Deadline is Friday, 3 September so don’t leave it too long.
