You can leave the learners coded as 09. We will contact colleagues responsible for DSAT to request that this is changed.

You must have a special Web Alert because I am subscribe to everyone for everything! The only one I got this morning was "Change in collection for Higher Education Data" from the Data Service

I'm sure they'll be updating that soon.

I got the link from the Data Service's web alert. I'd recommend subscribing to web alerts from both the Data Service and the information authority. That way you receive emails informing you of this sort of thing. The web alert links are below.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for the rules/guidance around Breaks in Learning. The ILR specification provides brief details but no specific guidance. So far I can only locat the ER rules and not the LR rules.
