The latest YPLA Addendum to the Funding Guidance 11/2 (nat-ilrreturns1112addendum-gn-v02.pdf) has an error on the title page that may cause your computer to freeze if viewed in your web browser.

A workaround is to immediately save it so it can be view outside of your web browser as a document in which case you will notice [...]

We have decided to go with updating source of funding but not contracting organisation – so we have source of funding 105-SFA and contracting org remains as it was before year start i.e YPxx

Which is at odds with Sharon's advice (and LIS) but the OLDC seems to like it…

Thanks Sharon – but this problem occurs for all the UKPRNs I manage so it seems like the OLDC has nothing in place to ensure funding for 16-18 learners who have turned 19 before August. Bearing in mind that the R06 will be used to determine our allocation for next year, I'd appreciate some assurance [...]
